Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any ongoing discounts?
No - we don't run discounts, promotional offers, or seasonal sales. Our pricing reflects the level of personalization, expertise, and dedicated support that goes into every client's journey. The price you see is the price you pay, and every client receives the same premium standard of care.
Can I pay in parts or monthly?
Yes - we offer EMI options for eligible purchases. At checkout, you'll see the available payment options, and if you're eligible, you can choose an EMI plan that spreads the cost over monthly installments.
Can this program reverse PCOS?
Every body is different, so we can't guarantee that PCOS will be reversed. That said, we've helped hundreds of women improve their nutrition, build sustainable habits, manage PCOS symptoms, and support better hormonal health through personalized nutrition. Our goal is for you to finish the program healthier than when you started - with better eating habits, improved overall well-being, and hormones moving in the right direction.
How often are check-ins and follow-ups?
You'll receive daily support on WhatsApp. We're with you throughout your journey, not just on the day you receive your plan. Whether you have questions, need adjustments, or simply need guidance to stay consistent, we're available every day to help you keep moving toward your goals.
I like to meal prep. Can I follow this program with meal preparation?
Absolutely. Whether you prefer prepping meals in advance or cooking fresh every day, we build your plan around what works best for your lifestyle. Your plan is never a copy-paste chart - every recommendation is customized to your routine, preferences, schedule, food choices, and goals. If meal prepping helps you stay consistent, we'll structure your meals accordingly; if you prefer fresh cooking, we'll plan for that too. The goal is a system you can actually follow long-term.
I live in a hostel. Can I still follow the program?
Yes. If you have access to a kettle, induction cooktop, or air fryer, that's more than enough for us to build a practical plan. Even without any cooking appliances, don't worry - just share your hostel mess menu with us, and we'll help you make the best choices from what's available, with portion guidance, smart substitutions, and simple meals that need little to no cooking. Our goal is to build a plan around your lifestyle, not ask you to change it.
I live outside India. Can I still join the program?
Absolutely - we work with clients across the world. Your plan is tailored to your country, local food availability, cultural preferences, lifestyle, and daily routine, so you won't be expected to hunt for ingredients that aren't easily available where you live.
Is a blood test mandatory before starting?
No, a blood test isn't mandatory. Recent blood reports can help us understand your health better and build an even more personalized plan, but they're entirely optional. Many clients, especially those living outside India, don't have easy access to testing before they begin, so we simply work with the information you share during onboarding and your consultation. If you do have recent blood work, you're welcome to share it with us.
What happens after I sign up?
Once you sign up, we'll email you a detailed onboarding form covering YOUR lifestyle, eating habits, medical history, schedule, preferences, dislikes, and goals. We usually take 2-3 days to carefully review your responses before scheduling a 1-on-1 consultation call, where we get to know you further and answer any questions you have. After the call, we build your fully personalized plan based on everything we've learned about you.
Will I be part of a group program?
No - every client receives 1-on-1 coaching. Your plan, guidance, and support are designed specifically for you. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all meal plans, which is why every client gets personalized attention throughout their journey.
