Consultation and Diet Plan Cancellations
Clients may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the personalized plan or consultation has not yet started. Once this timeframe passes or services commence, cancellations become unavailable.
Subscription Services
For ongoing subscriptions, customers can stop future charges anytime before the next billing period begins. Fees already charged during the current cycle cannot be recovered.
How to Request Cancellation
All requests must be submitted via email at dietcraftbychitwan@gmail.com. After approval, we will send confirmation and handle refunds according to our Refund Policy.
