• Refunds are applicable only if requested before a personalized diet plan or consultation session has been delivered.
• Once a plan has been shared or a session completed, refunds are not applicable.
• Refunds are not provided for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email us at dietcraftbychitwan@gmail.comn within 7 days of payment. Include your order details, payment receipt, and reason for the refund request.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions

• No refunds for completed consultations, delivered plans, or digital materials already shared.
• Technical or duplicate payment errors will be reviewed and refunded as applicable.
