Cancellation Policy

DietCraft Solutions by Chitwan LLP (“we”, “our”, “us”) understands that plans may change. This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel your services with us.

Consultation and Diet Plan Cancellations

• Clients may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the personalized plan or consultation has not yet started.
• After 24 hours or once a plan has been shared, cancellations are not allowed.
• All cancellation requests must be made via email to dietcraftbychitwan@gmail.com.

Subscription Cancellations

For subscription-based services, you may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting us before your next billing cycle. Previously charged fees will not be refunded once the billing cycle has begun.

Processing of Cancellations

Once a valid cancellation request is received and approved, we will confirm it by email. Any applicable refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
